WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We offer flat rate standard shipping via USPS exclusively to the U.S. and Canada for all online orders. We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $50. For additional information about shipping, view our Shipping Policy here.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer shipping via USPS exclusively to the U.S. and Canada for all online orders. We offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis only. If you’d like to place an international order from outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact us via email at thewisefool@getwisefool.com. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales tax is applied to orders placed in California.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of purchase for your order to process. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information the moment your order has shipped. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

Orders typically take 24 hours to process before shipping. If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at thewisefool@getwisefool.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do everything in our power to solve the issue.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All returns within the U.S. are free. We will happily accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags).

WHAT'S YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items (unworn, unwashed and with original tags) within 30 days of purchase date according to our Return Policy. We encourage you to place a new order for the item you wish to exchange while we process your return to get the fastest turnaround.
