SHIPPING POLICY

We offer flat rate standard shipping via USPS exclusively to the U.S. and Canada for all online orders. We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $50.

We offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis only. If you’d like to place an international order from outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact us via email at thewisefool@getwisefool.com.

We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information the moment your order has shipped. You can always check the status of your order by referring to your confirmation email.

If your order fails to arrive on time, check your confirmation email to make sure you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, email us at thewisefool@getwisefool.com with your order number, and we'll do everything in our power to solve the issue.

RETURN POLICY

We will happily accept a return for a full refundwithin 30 daysof purchase date. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging (if possible) and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags).

U.S. RETURNS

All returns within the U.S. are free.

Just follow the easy steps below:

  1. Email us at thewisefool@getwisefool.com with your order number and the items you wish to return for a free pre-paid return label.
  2. Package the item(s) securely in the original box if possible. Enclose a copy of your packing slip and place the pre-paid return label over the original label on the box.
  3. Drop off your package with the appropriate shipping carrier and be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number.

Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for return shipping and will also need to contact us at thewisefool@getwisefool.com to initiate a return.


EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items (unworn, unwashed and with original tags)within 30 days of purchase date according to our Return Policy. We encourage you to place a new order for the item you wish to exchange while we process your return to get the fastest turnaround.

WARRANTY

We carefully inspect every one of our products before shipping them out, but we know that things can happen. All of our products come with an automatic limited lifetime warranty, meaning we will happily replace any item found to be defective due to production error for the entire life of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the product is designed. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damages related to accident, alteration, improper care, misuse, or negligence.

In the event of a defect, contact us at thewisefool@getwisefool.com with your order number, a description of said defect, and a clearly visible photo displaying said defect. A WiseFool representative will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, and should we find the product to be defective you may choose to initiate a return according to our Return Policy..
